Certified Personal Trainer –(NASM) A native of Puerto Rico, Yari(Ya-di) has spent most of her life in Miami. She has been passionate about fitness, health and athletics since she was a child. She has been passionately training people for nearly a 10 years. It all began when she competed in a South Florida figure competition. She started teaching in a South Miami Fitness Studio where she experienced working one-on –one, as well as teaching boot camp classes. Yari gained initial notoriety in the profession as the fitness specialist for Univision’s morning news fitness segment, Al Amanecer (“When Awakening”). She then found a professional home at the prestigious Sports Club L.A. located at Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Miami. Later, she went on to Work for Juan Carlos Santana, the "father of functional training", as well as her mentor. As she defined herself more throughout her career, she founded Get Fit in 6- a life transformation program, which she continues to host in Delray Beach, Fl. She also continues to personally train some of her students. Most importantly, she helps people everyday of her life, and is completely dedicated and committed to doing so.
