Pretty Cool Day Today!

Today I finished my Get Fit in Six Course! Wow, what a great experience this time around. Such great results…everyone did an exceptional job! I also felt that everyone became very united and became a true team. One of the exercises of today was flipping the heavy 300 lb tires! There was so much team involvement and team building. I am just truly pleased and happy with the overall Get Fit in Six experienceJ.

Before then I went to South beach and visited an agency that solely concentrates on sport modeling. I want to pursue fitness modeling as well. I find it fun taking pictures I guess.

And right now I just finished sending my clients their before and after pictures. I still have more pictures to send over to more of them tomorrow. That is pretty time consuming by the way, so I am going to get some sleep and wake up to a beautiful day tomorrow. Sleep tight.

Love ya,

Coach Yari

P.S. If you would like to comment on anything I have written, you can, and I encourage you to do so, especially if you have important questions.

HI EVERYBODY!!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I certainly hope that you are staying on task. Are you working out...As much as you should for the results you want? Are you eating 6 times a day? Are you eating the right foods? Are you eating a whole pizza on your cheat day?---2-3 slices should be plenty for cheating. Remember that cheating does not mean eat a whole lot of something that you enjoy, it means eat that something, but not an exaggerated portion.

I just want to make sure that you are continuing to live that healthy lifestyle. Don't ever allow yourself to fall off the wagon, once you do, its a lot tougher to get back on. I am not saying to give up wine or chocolate or anything that you love. All I am saying is to eat right 80% of the time and the other 20% is up to you. You will enjoy life a lot more when you don't have to worry about "dieting down". If you behave 80/20 all the time, then there is no need to "diet", it just is a way of life.

Wish you the best always,

Coach Yari
