August:What an exciting month for me!

I have had quite an exciting month I must say. I got on the cover of the Personal Fitness Proffessional Magazine, I just did a radio on the Performance Nutrition Show(http://www.performancenutritionshow.com/index.php), I am helping a lot of people one- on one, my infamous Get Fit in Six class, I begin school this coming week to be on the road of obtaining my exercise science and health promotion degree, and I have been working out 5x a week.....and of course all those other things that normal people do: cook, clean, laundry, shop, etc.

I find ways to continue to motivate myself and I sincerly hope that I can continue to motivate you. As both you and I know, there is no excuse for not working out. The day has too many minutes for you not to be able to get in a workout. Always remember that even if you can only do 6 little minutes of a couple of exercises, it is a lot better than none. I sometimes do that when I can't seem to fit in a workout in my day, and if I can, I'll do 6 min in the morning and 6 at night.
