My awsome bootcampers

You know I gotta say that I am extremely happy with my bootcampers. They are doing the best they can by putting in Maximum effort. As a matter a fact one of my campers emailed me saying they could not come in for the class because she had so much to do and was so exhausted. She told me not to think that she was being lazy and so I just took it as that. But when 5:30 came around she was there and that to me meant a lot. This told me that she is really trying and wants to see results and feel better.

THis is the kind of attitude and dedication that I like to see. I can honestly give all of my bootcampers props for being there and giving it their all.

......there is still more torture to come and it only gets easier not because it is but because it is mind over matter.
